1. No replacements or refunds will be provided for custom pices due to size issues, except in cases where the product is faulty or damaged from our end.
2. Customers are urged to review the size guide before placing an order.
3. The colour of custom t-shirts and mobile covers may slightly vary based on the customer's screen resolution.

Pricing:

We strive to ensure that all prices listed on the website are accurate; however, errors may occur. In the event of a price discrepancy, we will notify you promptly. Prices may change without notice, but these changes will not affect dispatched orders. The listed prices include VAT or similar sales tax.

Payment:

Upon receiving your order, we conduct a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds are available. Goods will only be dispatched once this pre-authorization check is completed. Payment-related queries can be addressed in our FAQs on Payment Mode.

Delivery:

Various delivery options will be presented during the order process, with estimated delivery times provided. In the event of unforeseen circumstances causing delays in delivery, we will notify you via email and SMS. However, we cannot compensate for any distress caused by delivery delays.

Easy Returns & Refund:

1. Single products/combo products are not eligible for return once delivered, except in cases of material or print defects.
2. Refunds will be issued in the form of credit coins or a Westo gift card
