Return With Store Credit (gift card) and Exchange Policy
Any discount coupon not valid with store credit
Cancellation Requests:
- Customers can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Requests must be sent via email to support@westo.in using the same ID used for ordering.
- Include the order ID and reason for cancellation in the email.
Cancellation Policy:
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customers can only raise return requests upon receiving a faulty product after delivery.
Return Policy for Damaged Products:
- If customers receive damaged products, they can return them for either store credit or exchange.
- Queries regarding damaged products must be sent within 48 hours of delivery.
- Store credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned product and after QC verification
Customization Policy:
- No replacements or refunds for size issues unless the product is faulty or damaged.
- Customers are advised to check the size guide before ordering.
Refund Process On Orders:
- Refund amounts for orders will be settled as form of store credit(gift coupon).
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to Westo India as they do not have a reverse pickup facility.
- Securely pack the items to prevent loss or damage during transit.
- The company will bear shipping charges for defective products, while customers must bear them for wrong orders.
Shipping Charges Deduction:
- A deduction of Rs 300 will be made from the product amount for shipping charges.
